O Adonai was dedicated to Stanislaw Moryto. The antiphon was an award winner at the F. Nowowiejski ZAiKS competition in Warsaw in 1996. The first performance took place during the Gaude Mater VII International Sacred Music Festival at Czestochowa in May 1997, given by Schola Cantorum Gedanensis conducted by Jan Lukaszewski. The ATK Choir In Warsaw conducted by Rev. Kazimierz Szymonik recorded it in 1998 for the disk Musica Sacra Polonia. The recording was later used as part of the composer CD entitled Missa Pro Patria
